Up to how many people can I book through the website
Up to 15 people you can book with us on the website via Formitable.
For 15 people or more, we ask you to request a quote: via this link!
Do I need to make a reservation in advance or can I visit without a reservation?
If you reserve in advance you are guaranteed a spot! Walk-ins are always welcome with us.
What payment methods do you use?
Bij ons in het restaurant kun je betalen met pin, cash en creditcard (met uitzondering van Amex). Daarnaast kun je via onze QR-code betalen met Ideal. Groepen kunnen bij ons ook op factuur betalen. Hiervoor hanteren wij 20,- administratiekosten en voor E-facturatie 30,-. We ontvangen minimaal 2 dagen van tevoren de factuurgegevens.
Can I have a private party at your place?
For parties up to 70 people, we have De Lichtkamer available. From 200 persons and up you can also rent De Lichttoren on certain days. Here you can then organize a (company) party. This is always on request.
Attention! Due to the location of our restaurant we cannot allow amplified sound.
How many rooms does De Lichttoren have?
We have 1 private space, which is De Lichtkamer. In addition, we can split our restaurant, allowing us to semi-private groups in the back.
Is there parking available at the restaurant?
We have 2 parking facilities within walking distance. Namely Q-Park the White Lady and Q-Park Mathildelaan.
Are pets allowed in the restaurant?
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, with the exception of guide dogs. On the terrace, however, your four-legged friends are welcome.
Do you have vegetarian/vegan options?
Yes, we offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Check out our menu on the website for options.
Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our restaurant is mostly ground level and we also have a disabled toilet available.
Groups
What is the cancellation policy?
Groups up to 70 people: Changes in number of persons must be notified by email at least 72 hours prior to the event so that they can be made at no cost. For persons not cancelled in time, the agreed upon arrangements will be charged in full.
Groups of 70 or more:
- A 30% deposit is due four weeks prior to the event. In case of a faster approaching event, the partial invoice will be sent immediately upon confirmation.
- Changes in number of persons must be emailed no later than 5 days prior to the event so that they can be made at no cost. For persons not cancelled in time, the agreed arrangements will be charged in full.

Up to how many people can I make a group request.
When renting our entire restaurant, we can accommodate up to 750 guests in a standing arrangement. For a seated setup up to 400 guests. For large event requests, please email info@delichttoren.nl
