Job Description:
As Bar Manager, you will be the leader of our bar and make sure everything runs smoothly. You will lead and motivate the bar team, manage inventory and ensure an excellent guest experience. Do you want to play a key role in a vibrant environment and be part of an energetic team? Then this role is made for you!
Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the bar team.
- Coordinate daily bar activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and serve drinks to the highest standards.
- Manage stock and orders to ensure the bar is well stocked.
- Advise guests on drinks and menu options.
- Ensuring prompt and efficient service so that guests do not have to wait long.
- Maintaining a neat and clean bar environment.
- Contributing to a friendly and professional atmosphere in the bar.
- Handling complaints and special requests from guests.
- Contributing to the preparation and smooth running of group arrangements, events and special occasions.
- Supporting your colleagues in the service as needed.
Profile:
- Demonstrated experience as a bartender, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a hospitable attitude.
- Representative, friendly and stress-resistant.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Flexibly deployable, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language.
