Job Description:
As an Independent Working Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high quality dishes in our kitchen. You will ensure that each dish is prepared and presented to the highest standards. You will work independently, but also closely with your colleagues in the kitchen to ensure smooth service and a great culinary experience for our guests. Duties and responsibilities:
- Independently prepare dishes according to menu and recipes.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes.
- Manage your work area and ensure a clean and organized kitchen.
- Prepare ingredients and mise-en-place.
- Working with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen service.
- Managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
- Monitoring and ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Thinking creatively about the menu and developing new dishes.
- Handling special requests and dietary requirements of guests.

Profile:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in the kitchen which means you have a lot of basic skills, such as cutting and using different kitchen machines. You are also familiar with ingredients, cooking processes and different cuisines. Of course you will receive further training internally;
- Passion for cooking and eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and able to work independently.
- Creative, motivated and stress-resistant.
- Flexibly deployable, also in the evenings, weekends and on holidays.
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language.
