Ideal for short meetings and brainstorming sessions (08:30 - 12:30 / 13:00 - 17:00)
From 15 persons. Less persons? Then we charge the rate of 15 guests.

- Pastry (served at 10:00) or sausage roll (served at 15:00)
- Notepads, pens & flip chart
- Use of screen, microphone, speaker system and wifi

Meeting package 8 hours
Perfect for a full working day (09:00 - 17:00)
From 15 persons. Less persons? Then we charge the rate of 15 guests.
- Everything from the 4-hour package
- 12-hour lunch in the Grand Cafe (incl soup, sandwich, croquette - choice of fish, meat and veg)
- Extra coffee break with cake or sausage roll
Price: €72 p.p. + €500 room rental

Seperate room rental
Would you rather just rent the hall? We can do that too! We rent our hall in time blocks of 4 hours. The hall rental is €600 for 4 hours.
Please note! Single room rental does not include drinks and lunch/dinner.
Loose room rental can only be booked from 8:30 - 12:30, 13:00 - 17:00 & 18:00 - 22:00
All our arrangements can of course be combined with a lunch or dinner in our restaurant!

Frequently asked questions about meetings
What is included in the meeting package?
Our meeting package includes AV, unlimited coffee, tea, soft drinks and table water. In addition, a sweet snack is always included and for an 8-hour package we also add a savory snack.
Is it possible to book de Lichtkamer under 15 people?
Normally de Lichtkamer cannot be booked for less than 15 persons. If there is availability we can make an exception. Then we charge the p.p. price for our meeting arrangement up to 15 persons. (turnover guarantee)
Hoe groot is de ruimte?
Onze Lichtkamer is ongeveer 70 m2 en kan in verschillende opstellingen neergezet worden.
