De Lichtkamer
The private room 'De Lichtkamer' is a unique location in the former Philips factory that offers inspiration for your meeting. Our Lightroom can be booked from 15 people. Take advantage of our meeting packages for a fully catered day.

Meeting package 4 hours
Ideal for short meetings and efficient brainstorming sessions.
Anytime from 08:30 - 12:30 OR 13:00 - 17:00
- Includes:
- Unlimited coffee, tea, soft drinks and table water
- Pastry (morning) or sausage roll (afternoon) during coffee break
- Fresh fruit
- Notebooks, pens, and flip chart
- Use of screen and wifi
Price: €31.50 p.p. + €150 room rental
Morning session? From 20 persons and up it is also possible to add a breakfast to your package. + € 17,50 p.p.
Meeting package 8 hours
For a full day of meetings, including lunch and extra breaks.
Anytime from 09:00 - 17:00

- Fresh fruit
- Pastries during coffee break
- 12-hour lunch
- Sausage roll in the afternoon
- Notebooks, pens, and flip chart.

Price: €72 p.p. + €250 room rental
Upgrade your meeting package with an after-dinner drink
For only €24 per person you can round off your meeting with a cozy after-dinner drink.
The package includes:
- 3 pieces of bitterballs per person
- 1.5 hours of unlimited standard drinks package (beer, wine, soft drinks)
Seperate room rental
Would you rather just rent the hall? That is also possible! The hall rental is €150 per hour for a rental period of 4, 6 or 8 hours.
All our arrangements can of course be combined with a lunch or dinner in our restaurant!

What is included in the meeting package?
Our meeting package includes unlimited coffee, tea and table water. In addition, there is always a sweet snack included and with an 8-hour package we also add a savory snack.
Is it possible to book de Lichtkamer under 15 people?
Normally de Lichtkamer cannot be booked for less than 15 persons. If there is availability we can make an exception. Then we charge the p.p. price for our meeting arrangement up to 15 persons. (turnover guarantee)
